Q8：You looks so vigorous always. Please tell us how to keep good health and physical strength.
質問8：あなたはいつも元気そうです。健康と体力を保つ方法を教えてください。
Leehom：It's important for me to stay healthy and fit for numerous reasons. There are lots of people counting on me to deliver, and there's nothing that frustrates me more than performing at an unacceptable level. I don't drink alcohol or smoke, and I try to eat lots of fruits and vegetables. Also, I love to drink large amounts of juices (orange and grapefruit) as well as water. Often however, I do stay up late at night (6-7 a.m. is common) working on my music, but the lucky part is, I'm a good sleeper. I can sleep almost anywhere, anytime, and in any position.
リーホン：とてもたくさんの理由から、僕にとって健康を保つことは重要です。僕を送り出すために期待している人々がたくさんいるし、気に入らない状態で演ることほどイライラさせられることはありません。僕はお酒も飲まないしタバコも吸わない。たくさんのフルーツと野菜を食べるようにしています。それに、水と同じくらい大量のジュース（オレンジとグレープフルーツ）を飲むのが好きなんです。でもしばしば、音楽の仕事で夜更かしをします（午前6〜7時は普通）。幸いなのは、寝付きがいいこと。僕はたいていどこでも、いつでも、どんな姿勢でも眠れるんですよ。
Q9：When you have long vacation or free time, what do you want to do? Where is your favorite place to relax yourself?

Leehom：Even though I almost never get to see them, my family is so important to me. If I can take a vacation, it really doesn't matter where it is, as long as we can be together! My favorite place to relax is still home in Rochester NY!
リーホン：たとえほとんど会えないとしても、家族は僕にとってとても大切です。もし休暇が取れたら、場所なんてかまわない。できるだけ長く一緒にいます！ 僕がリラックスできるお気に入りの場所は、やはりまだニューヨーク州のロチェスターにある家です！

Leehom：Do what you love, and that passion will bring you your happiness.

リーホンからの回答はいかがでしたか？ リーホンらしく、とてもスマートでウィットに富んだ答えでしたね。ジャパン・ツアーの直後、24日にはもう韓国のソウルで開かれた「MTV BUZZ ASIA コンサート」に出演したリーホン。ロチェスターの実家に帰る時間はなかなか取れないようですが、体調に気をつけて、来年の春にはまた元気な姿でツアーをやって欲しいと思います。Leehom, thank you very much!!
